This Refund & Returns Policy explains the conditions under which returns and refunds may be accepted for purchases made through Rodgers Scapes Inc.

Return Eligibility

Return requests may be submitted within 30 days of delivery and are subject to review and approval.

To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • Items must be returned in their original condition
  • Original tags and packaging must be included
  • Items must not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance items (unless defective or incorrect)
  • Items damaged due to improper use or handling after delivery

Return Request Process

To request a return, customers must contact Rodgers Scapes Inc within 30 days of delivery and provide their order number along with the reason for the request.

Return instructions are provided only after the request has been reviewed and approved. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability and are not guaranteed.
All exchange requests follow the same approval process as returns.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with details of the issue. Each case is reviewed individually.

Late or Missing Refunds
